Making way for internal infrastructure for South Africa's first contemporary rural new town, including, roads, plumbing, cable trenching, earthworks, digging dams and bush clearing, construction of the aeropark including a 1 100 metre grass runway and taxiways leading to 19 of the most exclusive aeropark plots.

We have been continuously working on the preliminary phases of the Crossways Farm Village Development since 2021.

This job has been divided into 18 precincts. This project has utilized Stu Davidson & Son's entire fleet, throughout the preparatory development. Stu Davidson has made use of the Thornhill's local SMME's -by upskilling them through training and contracting on the job.
